Do you offer fundraising?
We do offer a fundraising option for your store! We will give 10% back from every sale. Your fundraising check is cut within 4 weeks after the store closes.
What shipping service do you use?
California Team Wear currently uses USPS and UPS.
How quickly are the prodcuts decorated and shipped out?
Online store orders are processed once the store closes. Bulk orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Turnaround time from order placement to order shipping is approximately 12 business days.
Where will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped directly to shipping address entered at time of purchase.
What decoration/personalization options do you offer?
We embroider, screen print, sublimate and use heat transfers.
Do you ship outside of the US?
California Team Wear currently only ships to the US.
Will I be notified that my order has shipped?
Once your order ships, you will be notified by email and given a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
All items are made to order. For that reason items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless the order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decorations.
